These terms apply when you use ChiFlow experiences or purchase a digital reflection or physical product.
Nature of the service
ChiFlow combines cultural education, crystal symbolism, guided reflection, and AI-assisted writing. Content is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It does not replace professional advice and does not promise wealth, health, love, employment, protection, or any other result.
Personal reflections
You are responsible for submitting accurate, lawful content and for avoiding highly sensitive information. Reports are generated from the details you provide. Similar prompts may produce similar themes, and subjective usefulness will vary.
Payments and delivery
Prices and whether an item is digital or physical are shown before checkout. Stripe securely processes payments. Digital reports are normally generated after payment confirmation and made available through a private link, with an email delivery attempt to the checkout address.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, automate abusive requests against, reverse engineer, resell, or use the service to generate unlawful or harmful material. We may limit access needed to protect customers and the service.
Intellectual property and liability
Your purchased report is licensed for personal use. Site branding, design, and original content remain ChiFlow property. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
